***** Excellent service replacing a broken electric shower within two days of contacting him. Just when the weather was really hot and we had our son and his young family staying with us. Replaced the old shower without damaging the tiles or leaving any evidence of the old shower fittings. Good price, professional service, can't recommend more highly.

***** I cannot rate Ben highly enough, following a leak that my elderly mother had from her toilet. He attended to the problem within 20 minutes of my initial contact, and although the job proved very challenging, he remained calm, polite and professional throughout the entire process. He removed the toilet, sourced the required part, and returned to fit it a couple of days later. Thank you again Ben for helping us out at such short notice, and for providing an excellent service....if you need a plumber, then look no further!

***** I called Ben to help with a leak from a waste pipe, we have 'interesting' plumbing in our listed house, he managed to do a temporary repair, and came back the next day to sort properly. He definitely went the extra mile for us, and even sorted our dripping tap. Great price too, highly recommend, thanks Ben!

He assessed the situation and told us exactly what needed to be done with our leaking bathroom sink, quoted a very affordable price and then fixed our problem in under an hour which also included a trip to the suppliers for parts. Ben was also friendly and professional.

***** I contacted Ben to help us resolve a nasty smell in our down stairs cloakroom with our toilet which had got worseover time.
In summary Ben came and discovered that our previous trade’s person had incompetently installed the toilet after putting new flooring down. They had made quite a mess of the whole plumbing situation.
Ben came across a number of issues and had to pop out to purchase various new parts, but most importantly stuck with the problem and challenges upon him for the whole afternoon until it was properly fixed to his and our satisfaction. If he wasn’t totally satisfied with a fitting or part he would go back to the store and exchange it for something more suitable. Clearly an experienced and methodical plumber who wasn’t happy to accept second best.
Reliable, turned up on time, did the job to an extremely high standard, very polite and personable and charged good rates. What else can you say? A nice guy all round who clearly takes pride in what he does and nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Ben and keep up the good work. Especially during these challenging Covid-19 times.

*****I'd had a bit of a nightmare recently with various issues with my toilet, that other plumbers just hadn't bothered to get back to me on.
I called Ben and he was very thorough on the phone to try to put me at ease and to see if it could be resolved by me.
He said he could visit either the next day or the following working day, but that he'd call me the following day regardless to update me - and sure enough, he did, and thankfully was able to fit me in that afternoon. He arrived on time, was super helpful and approachable, and managed to fix the various problems quickly - and clearly takes pride in his work.
Moreover, the fee was within his estimate on his website, which is always nice!
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ben, and will definitely call him first if I ever have another plumbing issue!

***** The leak problem we had is so nasty - the radiator pipe was leaking in the wood door frame, and we have very old convention heating system. Ben was really a life saver, a true hero! He scarified his Friday night, came to rescue - done the superb job to fix the leak issue quickly and professionally. He saved us from sleepless night and massive flooding. Highly recommend!
